Lesley works primarily with professional women of 40 plus to help them discover who they really are and lead a more fulfilling life..

Following a 20 year career in public relations, sales and marketing and communications, Lesley trained as a life coach and now runs her own business called Emerging Potential. 

Often she meets professional women juggling lots of roles – wife, mother, employee, employer, daughter, manager, lover – but who have lost sight of themselves and what they really want out of life. If you can identify with this then Emerging Potential is for you. Lesley’s role through Emerging Potential is to help you find your passion, follow your path and fulfil your purpose. 

 Lesley is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is working towards her international accreditation. She works with her own life coach as she feels it’s important to practice what she preaches.
